While at Latham & Watkins LLP, a notable example is a panoply of matters related to Caesars Entertainment, in which I managed, and was intimately connected with, the strategies to ultimately effectuate the negotiated settlements of the Caesars bankruptcy its emergence from bankruptcy. Other clients included BC Partners Ltd., Athene Holdings, Ltd, Interxion Holdings N.V, Kimco Realty Corporation, Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc., and Compass Minerals International, Inc.   In Capital Markets, Mr. Lin has also represented many of the major investment banking firms such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Securities, Morgan Stanley and Jefferies on IPOs as well as debt and equity offerings.
